We want to get to know you! In a brief interview phone call, we introduce you to life with MAS Travel. Based on our conversation, we will assign a dedicated concierge to you who will be your direct contact and support through your journey with us.

We ask you questions to gather what your dream trip looks like. We go over destinations, flight options, transportation, activities, dietary preferences, and anything else you may desire.

You may have one concierge you are in contact with, but you have the entire MAS Travel team coming together to bring your dream trip to life. As a team we have traveled the world and have a global network of connections and infinite knowledge of the travel industry.

While you relax and let our team coordinate all logistics, we will utilize our vast network of connections and skill to put the pieces of your trip in place.

Curation + Proposal

Once a majority of your trip is coordinated we will curate a detail-oriented itinerary to present to you. Once approved, all arrangements will be booked and reserved on your behalf – ready for you to simply enjoy. All the details are right at your fingertips via our mobile app.

All that is left is for you to enjoy an extraordinary experience of what it feels like to not have a worry in the world and know you are completely taken care of during your entire adventure.

Communication

We stay available to you throughout the duration of your trip. Want to add a spa appointment? We are on it. Flight got canceled? We have already been notified and booked you a new one before you even had a chance to worry. We are always just a message or call away.
